I usually enjoy the convenience of grabbing a quick and healthier lunch and I frequent subway on an average of once or twice a week, however after my experience today I may not ever visit one again . I first walked in the door and and noticed that the place was not busy at all , in fact only 2 people in the entire place. The 2 customers were attempting to place a order and I noticed that the employee acted as if was a big inconvenience to her to take their order , in fact she was so rude and and never smiled at them the entire time she was making their subs. Today this location happened to be out of few items on the menu and I completely understand that however I don't understand why we continue to employee people who obviously don't need to be in customer service . The young employee needs to learn the value of a smile and a little communication goes a long way.. She attempted to treat me in the same manner as her previous customers , however I wouldn't allow her to treat me in this manner. I politely explained to her she may want to be retrained in customer service, needless to say I didn't buy anything . I was going to place an order for my entire group of 12, I gave my money to any business today and feel great about my choice ..
