I was in desperate need of a dentist. I called several other practices and they either didn't take my insurance or the earliest I could be seen would be 2 days away. I called Smile Design & spoke with Noel. I explained my situation and he was very understanding and scheduled an appointment within the hour. I was greeted by Michelle and was given a brief tour of the office & what I could expect. Did I mention I'm terrified of going to the dentist?! She quickly put my fears at ease
( thank you Michelle) and within minutes was shown to the exam room & greeted by Francisco. He was pleasant & reassured me that everything would be OK. We spoke about similar interests and I totally forgot my anxiety. Shortly after I met with Dr. Kesman. She noticed my anxiety & took her time talking with me & again reassuring that everything would be OK. She wasn't wrong! She did her examination and prescribed the needed medication all the while being compassionate & understanding. I can honestly say that I was treated like I was family not just a patient with a number attached. I'm actually looking forward to my next dental appointment.... That's right.... You read that correct! I'm so glad the other dental practices didn't take my insurance or were unable to give me an appointment right away. Noel sat with me after being seen by the doctor & went over the insurance/costs and set up my next appointment... Quick and easy. The Smile Design Dental staff I met today made my visit a very pleasant one...THANK YOU so very much for being there & for caring!!!

I was a patient there and I got my teeth fix there and it cost me over 1,000 and 5 months later the crown came off and now they tell me they consider me to get a implant and I have to pay over 2,000 for one tooth to get fix and the assistant are nice put some don't speak English and your trying to explain she call the other girl in to translate to her.

Was a patient for a year, but now I am back searching for a good dentist. Too much of his work is done by his assistants, who are often fresh out of "assistant" training and either are unsure of their work or have to keep being checked up on or have to keep leaving the room to ask for help. Sure, they are all friendly, but I need experience, and I wasn't paying big $$$ to not be seen by the Dentist. Be prepared to pay big fees.

Love the team at Roane Dental. I've recommended them to several friends. When you go in they greet you like an old friend and they take very good care of you. I had been searching for a dentist I liked for over 2 years. Once I went there 6 months ago I knew I found my dentist. I've been back 2 times since and they are still great.
Everyone was firendly and helpful with my dental issues. They all treated me very well! This is now my new Dentist!
