      Go in the afternoon and ask for John to be the technician assigned to your car (a Caucasian guy with a goatee). He has worked on my car in the past, changing the spark plugs and casing. He did a great job, was professional and ready to answer any questions (of which I had many.) He does not cut corners and tries to save the client money.
