Our office has a special emphasis on municipal, state and federal employees, in discrimination matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Merit System Protection Board and the Public Employees Relations Commission. We also handle non-compete issues in business litigation; as well as employment contracts and wage and hour issues.
