Fort Lauderdale Swap Shop is one of the largest indoor/outdoor entertainment and shopping attractions. The shop is located on 88 acres of land and features a 180,000 square foot air conditioned shopping and entertainment complex featuring brand name merchandise and international restaurants. Additional features include a 13-screen drive in theatre, 800 open-air canopied vendors and the Hanneford Family Circus. Preston and Betty Henn founded the shop in 1963 as a drive-in theatre and in 1966, Mr. Henn began utilizing the property as a weekend flea market. The shop is open 365-days a year and is located in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
