On 6/28/2011, I placed an tile order with fastfloors.com. Before placing the order, the company assured me that the manufacturer had plenty of stock and they should get the item in 2-3 weeks. After I place the order, I'm told that this is a special order; they charged my credit card in full with a no-return, no-cancellation policy. Four weeks after that and I received no updates. I followed up over weeks repeatedly and get all sorts of different reasons for the delay--the tiles were not on the truck they were supposed to be on (what??!!), there was a delay with the transfer truck, etc. 7 weeks after ordering the tiles and I have nothing--no information about whether the tiles are at their warehouse, no idea when I'll receive them. The delay has derailed my renovation schedule. An online search of reviews uncovered similar experiences from other customers. I wish I had known sooner; I would NOT have ordered from them. This is the worst online purchase experience I've ever had.

Im very satisfied with FastFloors. I had found the product that I liked cheaper somewhere else and they matched the price and I got a rebate from free shipping. I received my flooring quicker than I expected. Theis salespeople are very courteous and helpful. Will buy from them again.
