The founders of the company, Gerald Greenspoon and Michael Marder, both are real estate attorneys in the law firm of Greenspoon, Marder, Hirschfeld, Rafkin, Ross, and Berger and have had extensive experience in handling thousands of commercial and residential real estate closings and title insurance issues. Services provided by the company include appraiser referrals, assistance with mortgage financing and equity lines, escrow services, guidance to attorneys in resolving legal title issues, home inspection service referrals, information on real estate taxes, inspection ordering, real estate closings and settlement, timeshare resales, title insurance and title searches.
