I hired Mr. Klein in January 2010. He asked for a $10,000 retainer fee for my case stating that it was going to be complex. Turned out that my husband and I reached an amicable agreement immediately and I was legally divorced in 6 weeks! Mr. Klein not only did not refund any of my retainer, he billed for more hours of fictious work! Oh! did I mention that he was also trying to date me? It was a very awkward situation. I knew one day he would get caught somehow! I hope he gets disbarred!
