General Info

Dr. Hepler graduated with honors from the Johns Hopkins University (BA) where he was an All-American swimmer and water polo player. He then completed his post- graduate training at Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons (MD and residency) in New York City under full scholarship. There he received his medical degree. He also received his orthopaedic residency training in NYC at New York Orthopaedic Hospital and adult and pediatric spine fellowship training at the renowned Twin Cities Spine and Scoliosis Center (Fellowship), Minneapolis Minnesota.Dr. Hepler worked as an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Northwestern University before entering into private practice. He has authored multiple research publications and textbook chapters and presented research and talks at numerous national and international forums.
