Worst place to go,worst custumer service and all they want it's your money.gotta retint my Windows

On sat the 4 of march I went looking and comparing prices and companies to purchase a car audio system. I was led to believe and quoted, If you don't like it or any problems we'll take care of it. I'll give you the best price..yada yada.



After over charging me and putting in speakers different then that of what i was quoted and after 1 day of listening to my new system it was not even close to sounding good. sounds worse than my OEMS. Called him lied to me that his battery was going dead on the phone number i called on the receipt, he said he'd call me right back. half hr later i call again and says he is with a customer. MAKE NO MISTAKE THAT I WENT TO THE SWAP SHOP BUT WITH CIRCUT CITY GOING OUT OF BUSINESS WHO CAN YOU TRUST. AFTER ALL WAS DONE THE RECEIPT SAID "NO REFUNDS, 30 DAY WARRANTY AND MUST BE IN BOX" THEY INSTALLED IT.



DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE NOT LISTED IN BETTER BUSINESS AND CANT FIND ANY INFO BECAUSE UNLESS YOU DO REVERSE DIRECTORY LOOK UP THEY GO BY "DR. SOUND" LEGALLY IT SHOULD BE A (dba) doing business as



They are full of it and if you think im wrong good luck. Its been less than 24 hrs since install 3 hrs of listening 680 dolars later i'm forced to sue them
