CopyScan Technologies, since 1995, is a national technology-driven company that specializes in making Document Management Easy. We originally started off as a copy service and added services to meet the needs of our clients over the years. We “grew up” with the changes in technology, and use that knowledge and experience to help guide our clients to make the best decision for their business or their clients. We understand the meaning of security and confidentiality, and are trusted in providing Litigation Support / eDiscovery Services, Medical Records Scanning & Archiving and Corporate Digital Printing, Scanning & Shredding. We handle all documents in a secure manner that is compliant with HIPAA and all other federal privacy laws. Our production center is not open to the public, alarmed and is monitored 24/7 via CCTV. Our employees have passed strict background checks, are drug tested and have signed confidentiality agreements. Our company vehicles are not marked with our company information, so to not broadcast that we're transporting sensitive documents. All of our affiliates and vendors are required to abide by our same strict policies and procedures. Our main office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We serve our clients throughout the United States by managing our national network of affiliates.
