They dealt well with obstacles, such as wrong size unit for the space, incompatible thermostat, etc. they did an excellent job, they were courteous and very helpful and understanding. I recently had a major a/c failure at my house in Wilton Manors, FL. I called several companies to come out and give me a price, but none could come the same day. Two companies came the next morning and gave me wildly varying prices and tonnage quotes. A friend had suggested I call All Year the night before, so I did. I called them around noon, they gave me the best price by far, and I was up and running by 6pm THE VERY SAME DAY! The techs were professional and courteous, and showed me how to work my new thermostat. I would recommend All Year Cooling and Heating to anyone needing AC work in South Florida!!

Typical shady south FL company. They send outside contractors, not employees, who nearly destroyed my walls -that I had to repair - while trying to replace the inside AC unit. The outside AC unit looked like it had been installed by a 5 yr old...crooked, unlevel and the pipe cobbled together. It took 6 mos of repeated calls to the rude, surly and unprofessional people that answer the phones for them to come back out.Next, they overcharged me on a unit clean and check, which they admitted but never credited back to my account. After a six attempts to speak with someone about it and never once getting a return call back, I finally gave up and disputed it with the credit card company.

Very satisfied, I had 3 estimates to replace my A/C unit with a higher efficiency unit. I went with All Year because they took the time to answer my questions, and I did not fell like I was being ripped off. My Parents have used them in the past and were always very happy with their work. We had a little miscommunication on time, but all and all they we great. Also this is a family owned and operated business which I like. I will use them again.

Been doing business with All Year Heating and Cooling for over ten years and purchased AC units for all four homes that I have owned in that time period. Called the other day at 9:30 and no one answered the phone. Finally got through and made an appt for Friday between noon and 5 for a maintenance check. Took half day off work and at 2:00 no call to give from them to give an ETA. I called, Chris was rude and defensive when I questioned why no one could come until 6 pm. I realize they have schedules but a call in the morning would have been nice so I did not have to lose out on half day of compensation. Chris was totally unprofessional and made up excuses about her employees, and I guess the thousands of dollars I spent with them meant nothing. Classic case of a company becoming too big, and they have lost the meaning of customer service, as they only care about their compensation and schedule, not yours.......the consumer for whom made them. Go elsewhere..it cannot be worse.

Good contractor, good prices, good work done, personell knows there work would reccomend to anyone.
