  Outstanding service. On a Sunday night, 9:45 P.M., they were the **** company that was 24 hour service. All the others need to remove their claims of 24 hour availability. Their phones went to voicemail which were full, didnt go anywhere, or went to a service that tried to get ** to wait till the following Tuesday. I have my 92 year old father living with me and having a toilet that was not flushing give me a break. That break came in PLUMR24. Within an hour and a half everything was working fine.I had them come back to clean the cast iron pipe later. They have a fantastic machine that was gentle on the cast iron pipe, didnt do any damage but cleaned the pipe amazingly. The flow rate comparison pre/post was night and day.
