I have never had an experience at an eye doctors office like I did at Dr Lees office. The staff was very friendly and well trained. The front desk handled my insurance very efficiently. I was fit with contact lenses the same day and saw Dr Lees a week later to check the fit. They had my lenses in stock so I got them the same day. Great Dr, office and staff!

Dr. Lees is a great guy and a highly qualified pro. He has really spent money on the cosmetics of his office over the past few years...too bad he cannot say the same about his gate keeper Lois. I have come and gone from this office over the years because of her rudeness and stupidity. They are also TERRIBLE at turn around time on contact orders. After waiting for 4 weeks for an order that was suppose to take 5 days we just went to 1800CONTACT. Instead of the 15 to 20 day waiting period quoted by his office we will have our contacts within 4 days. After asking his staff to fax our script to the mail order company they called back and said they could not do that because they magically discovered a $65 "fitting fee" from June (It is now October 7!). We have been in that office no fewer than 6 times since June and have never heard of this additional outstanding fee. After initially saying she could not send it until i paid this made up $65 she relented and sent it anyway. GOOD LUCK
