He was hired and paid in advance to submit two QDRO's, one was fine, although that took about a year to get done, the other one came back with issues. After another year, I called every week, sometimes every day to ask him to resubmit. He buried it and never got to it. Word of warning, there is no recourse except a review or to hire another lawyer and see if you can get them to do it. On the second one now, we will see.
