  At Community Health Center we serve a diverse patient base and see babies into adulthood. We offer medical, dental and behavioral health services and are open to all regardless of insurance status. We see all people, regardless of age, sexual orientation or gender. We serve patients in multiple languages and have many bilingual Spanish speaking staff. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, most private insurance and have a sliding pay scale for those who qualify.
