Stuft opened in 2010 in beautiful Old Town Fort Collins. Stuft is locally owned and operated. We are not a franchise. We take pride in our Custom Burgers, Specially Chosen Craft Beers, and Hand-Spun Milkshakes. Build Your Own Burger form the ground up. Choose from toppings such as caramelized onions, fire green chili peppers, and fried eggs. You can even have your burger on a Warm Glazed Doughnut instead of a bun! We feature local beers such as New Belgium Seasonals, and Odell's favorites. The bartender Hand-Spins every milkshake and adds cool mix-ins such as Nutella and Graham Crackers. The service was bellow par. Server messed up our beer and food order. Had to ask for several things multiple times like napkins and condiments. By the time she brought us napkins we were done with our meal. Ask for well done burgers and they definitely came out more medium rare where my wife and mom couldn't eat their burgers. No reason to ask the server for better cooked burgers as she was absent the majority of our stay. I have been here before and had better service and food but this time was pretty bad.
I love fresh patties and fresh cut fries... The patty was bland and way over cooked you can only get well done. The fries were limp and oily. Every condiment seem to come out of a can. The queso sauce tasted like process cheese. The owner acted like what I was saying was just rude and proceeded to ignore our table until we had to pay our bill. I paid in full but let her know that it wasn't very good I was told in a odd way to F@&K OFF. I just asked how can food so simple taste so wrong have there ever heard of salt to taste.. ow and parmesan fries are sooooo gross

Fresh, hot sandwiches with really healthy ingredients. We loved the Hot Damn: chicken, bacon, papperjack cheese, jalapenos, and a red pepper pesto mayo. They have a bar with local beers and a patio open year round!
