Preston Junior High School, located in Fort Collins, Colo., enrolls more than 900 students. The school provides academic education and enrichment activities to students in grades seven through nine. The school was established in 1993 and is a part of the Poudre School District. The schools curriculum includes English, math, science and social studies. It also offers various advanced placement and elective courses. Additionally, the school offers various extracurricular activities, such as music, art, drama, choir, jazz band, logical games, and organizes science Olympiad. It also offers student clubs and organizations and summer school programs. It additionally offers Preston parent-organization and student support services. Preston Junior High School has a library and media center that offers literary sources and books on psychology and philosophy, bibliographies and access to the Internet. The high school offers special education and Internet search tools.
