Do not engage this person without first having a clear understanding of her processes and standard of care. What her attitude and beliefs are. We didn't do this because she was recommended by our attorney. She turned out to be judgemental and prideful in dealing with family members. They will have no say in the care of their loved one and she does not consult with family members, unless they will rubber stamp her decisions. Hides behind getting other "expert" opinions to justify her actions. Will not consider family information or opinion and does not explain her decisions. She has no degree in social work and is not a licensed counselor. As far as I could tell no license of any kind. She has training in geriatric care. Family members who question her are isolated.
