Golden Peaks Nursing and Rehabilitation, located in Fort Collins, Colo., provides skilled nursing, assisted living, and senior living facilities for the senior citizens. It offers a wide range of services and programs, including postacute, hospice, respite and wound care; Alzheimer s disease care; physical, occupational and speech therapies; and special rehabilitation for amputation, arthritis, orthopedics, spinal cord injury, and stroke.
