I do not recommend this company. Mr. Appliance happens to be one of the most poorly operated companies I've dealt with. The service manager was incredibly rude and treated us like she didn't care. They ordered the incorrect part to fix our appliance and refused to make things right by having the part shipped overnight so that the appliance could be fixed before Christmas. We had lots of visitors for Christmas and my wife couldn't even spend time with the guests because she spent the entire time washing dishes. In fact, it took over two weeks to get the appliance fixed. They didn't even seem to care enough to put us on the schedule first thing the next morning after the part came in, they put us in the afternoon. That really shows their poor customer service and lack of care. Please save yourself the trouble a pick a company that really cares instead of this one.
