This place is a terrible to deal with. The office staff lacks basic math ability. Also, don't take anything they tell you seriously! Get EVERYTHING in writing! This is the worst case of "The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" I have ever encountered. Parking is terrible as well. I have a permit but 6 out of 7 days I have to park really far away due to all the cars without permits taking up reserved spots. The traffic noise from Horsetooth & Timberline will make you crazy. Please look elsewhere for an apartment!
