After being a patient of this practice for over 14 years, the practice decided to discharge me after a missed appointment due to my 5 and a half month old being ill. I received no warning, notification, etc. I only found out when I ran out of medication and they would not refill the scripts through the pharmacy. They refused to refill any of my seizure medication even though I was completely out at this point and told me to go to the ER or a local physician since my 15 days of emergency care had expired. But remember I never received notificatin even though they claimed they sent out a certified letter which they knew I never received!!! I would not recommend this practice to anybody because they can be really difficult to deal with. I loved the physician and she is really good but I just don't understand how you could do that to a patient.
