I was an employee for the Comfort Inn Fort Collins North as their Breakfast Ambassador. Unfortunately, I am relocating and had to leave this position. If I could choose to stay here long term, I would happily. I have nothing but wonderful praises to sing toward management, company culture, and overall business of the Comfort Inn. The company culture is friendly and fun between employees and management. This clearly is a direct result of the hotel owner - Dariusz's leadership style. He not only cares for each guest at his hotel, but he greatly appreciates and recognizes every employee. He and Trevor (supervisor) take every remark/feedback very seriously in order to improve in any way they can, to ultimately create the very best guest experience. I can honestly say from an insider's view, this hotel is doing so many things right. Their number one priority is their guests, without fail, every day. As the Breakfast Ambassador, I was constantly affirmed of this fact by guests on a daily basis. I've heard many guests comment how friendly the housekeepers, front desk, and management have been. They also tell me that they will stay forever customers of the Fort Collins location, just for the employees alone. Guests are always treated like family there. This position has taught me a whole new perspective of hotel business and the importance of a friendly, team environment. This culture is the foundation of any successful business, and the Comfort Inn has excelled.
