I have had the pleasure of dealing with Juan on two different occasions and four head of cattle. The meat is USDA Inspected and the plant is very clean. The meat is vacuum sealed in clear plastic and is marked with the weight and cut. Juan will do whatever he can to exceed your expectations.Go visit for a tour - you will be impressed.
