The product used at the salon was always a treat. The stylist kept me informed with which product was being used at the time of the appointment. The aroma, clean and refreshing, and the product was healthy for my hair. My preferred master stylist was very familiar with whats going on in the hair business. She is willing to change my look from a cut to color. Tips on styling to give it a salon look! Yes, the neck message while shampooing was awesome, plus the chair massage. I'm willing to pay extra for a hair appointment when treated special. Readers, you must give it a try!

I went to this salon about a year and a half ago and the girl who did my hair butchered it. I wanted it colored to a dark auburn color, and she died it Crayola black. I am not exaggerating. Before she turned me around to look in the mirror she said, "Don't panic, I will fix this." Two appointments later I was still looking at pitch black hair. I normally have light hair, so this was a drastic and unwanted change. They did not charge me for anything, but it took over a year of corrective coloring done in Milwaukee, which was very expensive. I am now finally back to a normal color. It was a nightmare. The worst part of it is, I asked her to contact my old stylist before coloring my hair, and she refused to do it. Neither the stylist nor the owner were very apologetic about what happened, and I had beautiful hair. It was incredibly traumatizing. I walked out of there looking like I should have on black lipstick and a trench coat. I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone.

I am completely loyal to my stylist and was elated when I heard the salon was undergoing new management. It is definitely a much more pleasurable experience with the owner and I hope I never have to find another sylist or salon. I look forward to watching the success of both of them.

I look forward to my weekly appointment. They staff is friendly and the quality is out of this world!!! I wouldn't go to another salon nor recommend another salon to anyone. I trust them with not just with my hair, but my nails, face and my weekly massage. They are an all around salon that makes you feel right at home.
