Kim, the broker-owner, is a 7th-generation Texan and a 1988 graduate of Southern Methodist University. She graduated with high honors from Seagoville High School in 1983. Kim is also an Accredited Buyer's Representative and Advanced Historic House Specialist through Preservation Dallas. She has also supported the Dallas Historical Society and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. She is a member of Metrotex Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, the National Association of Realtors, and Highland Park United Methodist Church. She is also a very enthusiastic fan of the Dallas Mavericks NBA basketball team. Kim started her career 21 years ago in Strongsville, Ohio. She has earned numerous Quality Service Awards, and her first year in the business she was a Multi-Million Dollar Producer, with 39 houses sold her first year.
