The worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life! Especially the lady, she rolls her eyes and talks to the tenants any kind of way even when they're handing her money!! Extremely rude and disrespectful. The water does not get hot at night, they only offer about 10 cable channels, holes in the ceilings, lights that don't work, my heat didn't work, and the old dusty tv kept shorting out. There's always people hanging around outside, LOUDLY I might add, they force housekeeping on you every single morning, or not at all, etc, etc, etc...and they want $56/night? Get real. Fix your hotel and learn how to run a business first. Then take a lesson on how to treat people.
