Horrible service. I sat in the drive thru line for 40 minutes. 30 of thos minutes no one was in front of me and they person hadn't even taken my order!

My husband and I were in KFC around 11:20 today, 7/7. We have not encountered many people ruder nor who appeared to care less about serving a customer. My husband asked for "2 senior citizens' buffets, please" and the response was "you want anything to drink?' and that was it! No thank you, good day, NOTHING!! The expressions on all the employees' faces looked like they were miserable to be there. The chicken on the buffet was NOT hot, it was warm. The food was pretty good BUT we are 2 people who like some type of customer service. Maybe they were all having a bad day; who knows. It seems to me they would be thankful for having a job. A smile goes a LONG WAY...even when you enter KFC for the buffet.
