Beware!!!

Went to this place to purchase new tire and get oil change. My husband works for Tyson Foods, INC. in which they get discounts from J&J. At least we thought. Everytime we go the manager Joseph comes up with an excuse to why we can't get the discount; either he will make nothing off of it because he get the tires at the sale price or something. Why even bother to offer a discount if we can't never use it. I told my husband that he needs to complain to Tyson!! Anyway, went about month ago to purchase tire and after purchasing it my car was driving funny, called Joseph to tell him, he said I bet its not my tire, i told him my mechanic says it was not balanced, he asked what is your mechanic name, we balance all our tires. (well maybe your worker forgot this time, hell it do happens). Took it to another tire shop and was asked who last put my tire on, because they cracked it and the tire was not balanced. Notified Joseph (manager) and he said we didn't do it after working in a tire shop for years, you can't crack a rim putting on a tire. I told him I will see him in court. I called back to the other tire place I went to and was told yes you can because actually they had cracked one last year. Per my husband its' not worth it. Let's just get it welded and never use them again. I wasn't going to do a review but a friend says do a review. So here I go.....that welding job cost me $60, plus extra $15 to put the tire back on the rim and get it balanced. SMH!!! Never again.......

I had shaking in the front right of my car. Changed and balanced 2 front tires in less than an hour. No problems since then.
