We've been going to Trylon Vet care for 14 years. We had used Dr. Wyler and Dr.Yee and they were great ! But we and our "babies" Princess and Jasmine love Dr. Julie Andino. We have been with her for 7 years and our dogs Princess and Jasmine feel very comfortable in her care ! :) She's more than a vet to our pups. She's more like a second mother to them. :) Karla and the rest of the staff members are very caring as well.

We have 2 dogs that we've been taking to Trylon Vet Care since they were puppies. The care that they receive is more than excellent. The vets and staff are truly compassionate and loving toward our "babies", and towards all their patients. As can be expected, our pups are a little nervous when they come in, but very shortly afterward they feel so comfortable and at ease, and have to be coaxed into leaving the doctor's office. We are so happy with Trylon Vet Care, and particularly with our vet, Dr. Julie Andino. We're so blessed to have found her, and would recommend her or the head vet, Dr. Stephen Wyler to anyone who's looking for a vet in the Forest Hills area.

My puppy is a new patient this year. At first I felt the reception was not so friendly, (lack of smiling) but I guess once you become a frequent they warm up. On the other hand Dr. Wyler and Ish, (the animal tech) were wonderful to my puppy since the first moment we met them! It makes it that much easier when your puppy is going through a series of shots and both owner and puppy are nervous. The office is very accomodating to my schedule. I can tell this is a very busy office and perhaps more techs on staff would help. I highly recommend you place your loving pet in the care of Dr. Wyler and his staff.

Dr. Wyler is the best -- he is a compassionate doctor who is up to date in veterinary medicine. My cats' quality of life is improved because of the care they receive at Trylon. Dr. Wyler takes the time to explain diagnosis and recommended treatment, and always returns phone calls. My cats are never freaked out while they are at the vet's office or when they return home. We are all very, very satisfied clients.
They went the extra mile to save my lizards life. Dr. Wyler is the best. He sees all animals. Go to him. It is the best decision I ever made, and he is the best vet.
Whoever doesn't like this vet must get their head examined. You pay for QUALITY. You want second rate service, go to Petco for vet service. My cat Mirry was diagnosed with a terminal illness. Folks, we are celebrating Mirry's 2 year anniversary of being diagnosed on December 13th. I am willing to spend any amount of money to keep my girl healthy. I am willing to travel anywhere in the United States for treatment. The place I choose for treatment and the only place I choose for Treatment is TRYLON VET CARE. If you have cancer, are you going to go to Sloan Kettering or a City Hospital? YOU PAY FOR THE BEST TREATMENT. There is no other vet that will fight with every ounce of his being to keep my cat healthy. He treats his patients as if they are like human beings and not just "animals." God Bless Dr. Wyler for keeping my cat alive when nobody else would. Nobody else would fight for her the way he does. The only reason she is here is because of Dr. Wyler. There is NOBODY better.
I've been a client for years and I have no problem allowing the staff to take my pet to their treatment area. Most vets perform services away from the client. I myself volunteered at the aspca and we rarely outside of a nail trim, do anything in front of the owners. The bottom line is trust you either have faith that they are doing the right thing or you don't. As far as waiting time, yes they run late, because unlike other offices that charge you for a full exam and spend ten minutes with you, Dr. Wyler answers all my concerns. I have spent almost 45 minutes with him with each of my pets at a visit. When I go to my doctor , I wait for hours! You get what you pay for a cheap, quick vet is not what I want for my babies.
Thorough, kind and compassionate. As busy as they are, they really care, and the staff is very knowledgable. They always provide all the information and treatment options available and then work within your budget. They all have pets of their own and understand the bond. Karla the office manager is particularly compassionate and answers any questions I have..so informative and patient! Don't know what I'd do without them.
If you want a dedicated vet who will do anything for your animals, than this is the place to go. Nobody is more knowledgable, or caring than Dr. Wyler! When only the best will do, go to Trylon Vet Care!
