DO NOT use this installation company. They were contracted via Sears to install new gas range. The technician arrived and stated I needed to get an outlet installed on the same wall as the range. I did that the same afternoon, called back the next day to reschedule. First off, trying to get through to them by phone is a nightmare. No one answers, you sit on hold and after 15 minutes get bumped into a voice mail area. Despite their promise to return call without an hour during normal business hours, you ALWAYS have to call them back. Finally got rescheduled, the technician called to confirm he was on his way to arrive 25-30 minutes, but never showed up. My husband is retired so is home all day and I arrived home from work well within the 30 minute timeframe - no show. I called the tech back several times, no answer, no return of my messages. Finally left message with ATS to return my item to Sears for refund, and Mike called trying to tell me his tech was at my house waited for 15 minutes and that I was a no show. Sorry - his tech was at the wrong address, but he didn't want to hear it, so Sears lost a sale (item being returned) and ATS will NEVER get my business. I also advised Sears to stop using them. Buying my new appliance at Home Depot - hopefully their installation services are better.
