Staff seems incompetent. Tried to change the bank account used to pay my bill not once, not twice but three times resulting in six overdraft fees over the course of three months due to them withdrawing from incorrect account. The office did refund "their" return fee eventually however there were five others they caused but did not honor those. Quoted prices are ambiguous at best. You see they have this discount scheme that massively offsets what the real "rate" is. Been with State Farm for over 20 years, lost our home due to Foreclosure due to the economy. They raised my rates by over 10% just for not being a homeowner anymore. They commit to a given rate then some months later call you out of the blue saying some underwriter somewhere determined the stated Discount is really a different rate than what they have you paying (implying your screwing them) and now want even more money for the same coverage. My advice, go somewhere else...

Used to think all insurance offices were the same. WOW was I wrong. Todd has a great team that makes me feel part of a family. They are always nice. When I had a claim, Todd sat down with me and discussed all my options. A very professional and warm office. I would highly recommend.
