Just when you think customer service is a lost commodity, you have wonderful employees and store managers who go above and beyond to meet your needs! With a limit on characters, I cannot even begin to go into our latest moving nightmare and "the plight of the fridgerator" journey we were forced to travel, but thanks to Lowe's the journey is finally over and the customer service could not have been any better.
