During the Fall of 2010, I contracted with Craig's Plumbing and Heat to install a clean-out and check value. The description of work was, Jack hammer out floor drain. Cut-out drain line. Added clean-out and check valve. Back-filled ground and re-cemented. For the past four years, during each heavy rain sewer water continually leaks past the check valve and accumulates 1-inch deep over a 25-sqft area. This has occurred at least two times for each year. I will return to this business in the next couple of days to express my dissatisfaction and inquire on how this business might correct the shoddy workmanship performed in my home. Please use caution if considering contracting with this business.
