do not be fooled by the name - this is not the same ownership as Rancho. food from cans - bad service, in 2007 and 2008 this was a good place - no more, friend got sick in rest. owner would not help.

This is Hands down the best sushi around, i got take out and the hostess was very friendly though it was very busy I was out of there very fast. I recommend this place

Food was pretty good. Rice was excellent. Service was slow and servers seemed unhappy with their jobs.

Customer service was sub par at best. Sushi was expensive! They do not have a happy hour menu at all. If you want sushi close to home, go...but don't expect anything amazing!

My wife and I are visited almost every Japanese restaurants in Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario area. I recommend that Omokase Fontana is the the best Japanese sushi and roll restaurant in Inland Empire area. Fish is very fresh and rolls are so delicious. Taste is Belief! Price is middle low, so worth to try.

This is one the best Japanese restaurant I have ever been. Sushi is very fresh and so delicious. Baked lobster roll is my favorite roll. I visited almost every sushi restaurants in Inland Empire, I am more than happy to give Omokase Sushi restaurant 5 stars!!!!

After our favorite sushi place in Rancho Cucamonga closed down, we tried a few new places looking for something equally delicious. After about 4 different places, we fell in love with this one! The food is always fresh and mouth watering. The Spicy Shrimp roll (my fave) is better than any others I've had. The Rainbow roll... heaven! The sushi chefs are all completely talented and always friendly and helpful. I would be giving them 5 stars but the waitresses/hostesses are not always as attentive as the sushi chefs. You have to flag them down if you need a refill, and they're not always on the floor for you to do this. Also, they have some frycooks in the back that gaze creepily out at the female customers - I have a hard time eating when a man is gawking at me the whole time. Other than the slow drink service and the creepy cooks, everything else is amazing!

Hostess was very rude. I ordered food to go and waited over 30 mins for my food. The restaurant was not even busy. Staff was not friendly--- I felt more of a nuisance to them than a valued customer. Food is not even that great. I will NEVER go back there again!

I order food to go. Main (older) waitress got order wrong, when I corrected the order she places (30sec. later) she said "sorry I can't change order" I told her you're not changing order your putting the correct order in. Waitress continues to tell me it's my fault the order went in wrong, after I told her there is not need to place blame on anyone (even though it was her fault) she said, well that's because it was your fault. I don't know about you, but that is not great customer service. Regardless of who she thinks was wrong, just correct the order and make the customer happy. I then told her, either you place the order correctly or I want my money back, she said " sorry I can't give you money back", the nerve. I than continue to tell her, then just give me my food and I will never come back again.

Then before she gave me my order she came to lecture me. Telling me that next time I come I need to be more clear and that she has been there for 1 yr and never made a mistake, that I was wrong. I said " are you for real lady, don't worry I told you I wasn't coming back again" she then said " I don't know why, I didn't make mistake, you did".

ABSOLUTLY, horrible customer service. First of all you get order wrong, second you refuse to correct order and thirdly you lecture the customer about who's fault it was. HORRIBLE....................

I will never go back there again
