I have been shopping at Marshalls for 5 years. I thought I was getting a deal on designer merchandise. Come to find out it is not a deal at all. Everything I have bought from there has either fell apart or broke. THERE IS A REASON THE MERCHANDISE IS HERE FOLKS! The merchandise is defected in some way. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Shop somewhere they stand behind what they sell.

This is the worst Marshalls now...It used to be a great store but the atmosphere has changed ever since they changed the management staff. Used to get personal service. Now it seems as no one cares. The cashiers are rude waited so long to be rung up. I finally walked out and won't be back.

i love this store... the store it self is very clean and the employees are great especially the one who works for shoes she will stop and help one and will make sure we leave at least with one pair of shoes in our cart.. every one there is very friendly... this will be the only store i will shop at now
