I was happy to read great reviews on Fontana 1 Movers so I booked them for my move.I would NEVER recommend this company.The supervisor of the crew went on about how they needed to wrap our furniture very well because the pieces were so nice and also that he knew he wanted to be on this job due to the size.He was helping his crew load our front load washer and dropped it off the back of their truck. A crew member fell in the guest bedroom leaving 2 greasy hand prints on the wall along with 2 holes where they dropped the dresser, damaging the corner of dresser & mirror.If that wasn't bad enough one of the crew commented at the end of the move "I can't wait to tell my friends about your RC collection". Twice I tried to called management of Fontana 1 Movers to place a complaint and he wouldn't speak with me, he told the dispatcher to relay that "you had nothing stolen and our crews are background checked and drug screened". You NEVER tell anyone about items in a clients home.

My Family experienced several bad moving companies during our former moves we was certain that we could not find a dependable also a honest transporter. After we talked to this hauler the estimator my husband talked with was very trained and helped me with a lot of good unpacking instructions also where I can make my move more economical.
