I know the owners personally from revisting their store many times and Ive never had problems with them. Their family owned and very warming people. I've gone for homecoming shopping prom shopping and every single time they worked with me and work with my needs and gave me good prices. I highly recommend :)

I do not recommend this place to anyone! Worst customer service ever! I, along with 3 other girls ordered customized bridesmaid dresses. The owners wife who is simply horrible, never called me for my fitting and when I called to see if my dress was ready she said it had been ready and she was mad that I never went to get fitted, like I'm suppose to know that its ready. After I went in for the fitting the dress was still not ready till the day before the wedding. The dresses were horrible, the person sewing is a beginner. When we asked for them to be fixed the employees were rude and said there was no time to fix them since it was the day before the wedding. Because I had paid for the dress once I ordered it, I was stuck with it and forced to run out and find another dress. The lady refused to return our money even tho the job was not done right and we were not satisfied. I don't know how these people have managed to stay in business.
