Russ Wendt is very professional, honest, and willing to do what he can to help you out. I bought a used car from him, and the check engine light went on about a week after I got it. I called him, he told me to bring it back, and he took care of the problem free of charge. I know he wasn't aware of the car having issues, but knowing I in all good conscience bought a car from him, he did what he could to make me a happy customer. Furthermore, he found another key and fob for the car months later, and went out of his way to send it to me. Most people would come across it and chuck it, saying "what's done is done." I don't live very close to Fond du Lac, but if I did he'd have my business.

Just when I thought home town service was gone - this family atmosphere group treats you like one of the family. My safety was evident from the start. I went for an estimate and Gary noticed my hood wasn't able to latch with the safety and fixed it immediately - whether I returned to them for the repair or not. (They didn't know I already had my other estimates - who didn't catch that!) My vehicle was fixed as quoted and on time. The paperwork was a breeze and my car brought to the front door, warm, washed and ready. No smoke smells either! My Hertz rental was all taken care of allowing me in and out in 5 minutes. Kudos to all! I'm telling all my friends to use Wendt's Auto Body.
