Dr Taylor is an MD and has been in practice for over 20 years. Her office utilizes the latest medical advancements to deliver high quality care to you. The professionals in our office are board certified, compassionate and sensitive to your needs. We are conveniently located across from Mercy Folsom Hospital. The human eye, in conjunction with your brain, makes up one of the most awe-inspiring pieces of biological machinery in your whole body. It can distinguish over 10 million colors and can detect a light range better than the most sophisticated cameras. It is estimated that the eye has a resolution roughly equivalent to 74 megapixels, which doesn't even account for the amazing work your brain does in enhancing the detail of the images your eyes receive. This means your eyes can pick up a very impressive amount of detail. However, as amazing as the eye is, it is not perfect. From relatively benign errors such as nearsightedness (myopia) to more severe diseases like glaucoma, there are a myriad of ways in which the eye can malfunction. Special care is needed to ensure that this very complicated biological entity continues to work properly. For that, you need a board certified experienced professional like Dr. Taylor.
