Established in 1986, Wheeling-Nisshin is an international joint venture between Nisshin Steel Company, a leading Japanese integrated steel maker that specializes in coated and stainless steel, and Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corporation, an American steel mill. Wheeling-Nisshin has since become a large hot-dip coating mill that produces in excess of 700,000 tons of steel each year. The company s products include aluminized, galvanized and other specialty steels. Wheeling-Nisshin s products are used for various automotive, appliance, building and construction applications. The company also provides customer service and technical support. Wheeling-Nisshin received ISO 9001 certification from the International Organization for Standardization. The company is located in Follansbee, W.V.
