When I go to a salon, I am looking to be greeted kindly and see a clean salon run by professionals! The salon is filthy and rundown. The chairs are stained and the floor is full of unswept hair! Very over priced for the poor unprofessional service!

The hair stylists and their salon were so unprofessional. My first instinct when I first walked in was to turn around and leave but I did'nt listen to myself. What a BIG mistake! I have just had the worse cut and color I have ever had in my life and I am 49 years old! I have been in tears all evening and cannot believe I even paid for this horrible cut and color! She also kept cutting my hair to fix the damage made by the color and I only wanted a root touch-up and trim! The owner of the salon even apologized for the behavior of her stylists and admitted that one did not even have a license. This place needs to be investigated by somebody for their licenses and sanitation. I would not even give ithis salon 1 star but you have to give it something to rate it.

This location gets 0 stars in my opinion. Took my son in to get his haircut. Several employees sitting around chatting, one person cutting someone's hair. Finished the cut about 20 minutes after I signed in, then they ALL decided to go out back, leaving my kid and I to sit there. When none of them came back into the building after 10 minutes, we got up and left. I will NEVER be back!! The only reason I am leaving 1 star is because this site says I HAVE to!

Do NOT let Angela perm your hair. I have been growing my hair for 4 years and waiting for the perfect length to get a perm. She permed it BURNT IT then started Flat Iron curling to try and cover up the ends that didn't take which literally BURNT THE ENDS MORE. I went back a few hours later for a conditioning treatment and she started cutting my hair when I told her DO NOT CUT IT. By that time it was to late. Sheila tried to fix it but It's hopeless. I now have frizzy fried see through hair that it so many diff lengths it will be 2 years before it recovers. Cutting it in a pixie cut BOY SHORT is probably the only way to fix it!!!!! I am devastated!
