The Glasbern is rustic luxury in a peaceful setting. The original building now houses our beautiful restaurant and cozy pub where our chefs use their passion for farm to table cuisine to create a memorable menu, which is truly direct from the source. Savor contemporary American cuisine under the vaulted rafters of our one-of-a-kind dining room. The exposed original post and beam barn structure and rock wall create a lofty "country elegant" atmosphere for dinner. Many of the dishes feature pasture-raised meat from Glasbern farm. Our seasonal menus offer the freshest of local meats and produce, and our luscious desserts will tempt you to linger!
