The only reason im giving even two stars us because they did clean my dogs bed. However, when I dropped it off as a first time customer the lady who is working here is very rude and unwelcoming. She tried to tell me they "don't do dog beds". She had to ask the manager if they would even wash it. Upon returning to pick it up it was the same lady who was there when I dropped it off. Again, she was very unwelcoming and rude. I refuse to give my business top a company who does not test their customers like they are human beings. For god sakes, put a fake smile on your face, say thank you, welcome new into the establishment. Something! A little advice Cleaners on old Gavin, get some friendly employees and you might have more regular customers.

I started going to this cleaners some time ago and I must say I have never seen a group of workers like the ones that work here. First they claim to not have my pants when I knew I took them in along with the blazer that goes with it. Finally the manager found it and was nice enough to bring it my job. I let that slide. I bought this cute little dress sweater and did not have it for long. I brought it to the cleaners to be clean and got it back with a big hole in the elbow. When I talk to one of the ladies there she became abrupt. If they wanted me not to bring my clothes to this cleaners they could have told me so. They did not have to damage my clothes as a hint they my money was not welcome.

The employees are wonderful women who know your name when you walk thru the door unless you're a new face in the place. Keep coming and they'll know your whole life story.
