My child attends crossroads center in newton ms. It is great, the manager is such a people person, she is always willing to listen and help us in any way she can. She always talks highly of her staff and her supervisors in jackson. Especially mrs.griffin, whoever you are thanks for what you do

I was terminated from FCM after 31 years of service. However I want to say it is still a great agency representing the families and supporting them. My grandson got the true FCM experience in Copiah County, 2 year old at Early Start- 3 yr old at Mt. Sinai, 4 yr old at Brushy Creek. Of the three, he enjoyed Mt. Sinai the best because of his teacher Ms Betty Stamps. She is really a fine teacher, dedicated and loyal. Ms Angelia Coleman was the Family Service Worker and she worked well with my daughter trying to bring her to self sufficiency thru enrolling in school and job opportunities. I loved Mt. Sinai most of all. The center manager is great she is my best friend since childhood.

Brushy Creek had make a big impact on my child life. My child really enjoy going to Brushy Creek because the teaching staff there are so wonderful. They really care about the children. But as for the Center Manager I can write a book on how she mistreat her staff and how she treat some of her staff better than she do others. She use her staff to do things for her and she takes all of the credit as if she have did it. Ms. Jones don't care about nobody but herself. I will be glad when she gets whats coming to her because of the way she treat people.

Great Teachers and Family Service Workers but the Center Manager and Child Service Worker @ Brushy Creek are so rude toward the staff. They talk to the staff any kind of way in front of parents over the intercom and during meeting when parents are late picking up their child. The Child Service Worker act like she are Brushy Creek Center Manager because she say and want happens. It really need to be some CHANGES @ Brushy Creek do you will be losing some good and hard workers.

It is really a good agency. However, the center in Crystal Springs is not so good. Mrs. Jones is very insulting to parents and staff. They don't need anyone like that representing their agency

MY BABY, YONCOREON MADDEN ATTENDS THE (FCM) ANNIE DEVINE CENTER IN CANTON, MS. BEFORE MY SON JOIN THE CENTER HE DID NOT KNOW HIS NUMBERS, ALPHABETS, NOR WAS ABLE TO WRITE OR RECOGNIZE HIS NAME... HE STARTED AT THE CENTER IN AUGUST 2010 BY OCTOBER 2010 HE KNEW OVER HALF OF HIS ALPHABETS, NUMBERS, KNEW HOW TO COUNT TO 20, AND WRITE AND RECOGNIZE HIS NAME. I HAVE NEVER TRY FRIENDS OF CHILDREN UNTIL NOW, I WISH I WOULD HAVE LET MY OTHER CHILDREN ATTEND FCM. TO ANY ONE THAT IS CONSIDERING USING FCM DON'T HESITATE YOUR CHILD WILL THANK YOU IN THE END.
