Red Hot & Blue was founded by three Southerners who longed for great barbeque. The first Red Hot & Blue restaurant was opened to rave reviews in Arlington, VA. It was just a group of friends who wanted to eat good barbeque, listen to some good rhythm and blue tunes and make new friends in the process; they were successful beyond their wildest imagination. We're now in our 25th year and growin'! With over 30 locations nationwide, our barbeque has quickly become a southern favorite. A simple love of barbeque and blues has thrived and rooted itself into Southern culture as Red Hot & Blue.

This is our favorite barbecue restaurant. There's a great choice on the menu and the plates are always piled with terrific food.
We go all the time - their meat sampler platter is great.
I'm not much of a bar-b-que fan, but I really enjoyed Red Hot & Blue food. It is a fun place to go, and their ribs are perfect, nicely seasoned, cooked, and sauced. This is a good place to bring people who enjoy bar-b-que, because this food will surely impress them.
This is fantastic BBQ. Not your typical Texas BBQ, but great Memphis style BBQ. Pulled porrk sandwiches, great ribs and a good overall menu. These folks became a legend even before they moved to Flower Mound. They cater too. Excellent food - if you like BBQ
