      I think they live on Trip charges. Cant or wont answer direct questions. Wont be able to fix your tv on the first trip. So they must go back to the shop and order parts you get a call a few days later. Parts discontinued. You need to buy a new TV Fool me once! Only reason they get 1 star is it wont let you rate a 0
