      Horrible experience! I had to wait 25 minutes past my appt time and ended up never getting my nails done. The attitude of the manager when I left was nonchalant. I will never go back.

      I had a horrible experience at the Highland Village TX location. I had my eyebrows waxed but the girl completely waxed off parts of my left eyebrow. She tried to claim I came in that way but the manager could clearly see her mistake. The manager apologized. I lost all trust and respect for this company. Now I am hoping my eyebrow will grow back. I will never go back.
