COA staff is very fun and loving. Always cheerful when their students arrive and so far haven't received any bad complaints while my son has been attending.
I wouldn't even give them one star. They are unprofessional to say the least. I went in for a tour at 12 sat around 15 minutes the lady at the front desk seemed like she had an attitude from the moment I walked in the door. About five staff members walked past me and my son and not one said hello to me or him its a daycare shouldn't they be inviting and nice. The only person who said hello was the lady behind the desk and I can that was not genuine like I was annoying her because I was there. I thought a member of the staff might engage me in a conversation about some of the faculties amenities since whoever was supposed to give me a tour wasn't there. But no I just sat there ave my toddler was getting antsy because we weren't doing anything. So basically after being ignored for 15 minutes I left. I didn't receive a tour didn't get any type off information.
BOTTOM LINE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE TO SEND YOUR CHILD THIS ISN'T IT THEY WILL BE IGNORED JUST LIKE MY SON WAS.

I didn't put my son in daycare until he was 18 months. I was VERY particular about where I would send my child. I considered a few local daycare centers, I didn't even know COA existed until someone recommended them to me. So far I have been very pleased with the center. They have a video monitoring system (there is a monthly fee) so you can check in your child throughout the day. My son has learned quite a bit in the short amount of time he has been at the center. The teachers are very friendly and I feel comfortable leaving my child in their care.

Horrible place. Disorganized and overstaffed in the office, understaffed in the classrooms. The assistant director comes across as very uneducated, and the director is rarely there. When she is, she's talking, eating, or taking care of her own kids. My experience is from this summer, maybe the school year will be better, but I'm not sticking around long enough to find out. The infant and toddler rooms have way too many kids and the managers don't seem to want to help out. They also spend a lot of time gossiping about other staff members, both past and present. They should just do their jobs. Very immature behavior from those in charge. Takes Flossmoor down a few pegs. This area is supposed to be classy.
